Hiring: Freight Broker (End-to-End Role)

We're looking for #Experienced Freight Brokers who can manage the complete brokerage cycle—from acquiring shippers to successfully moving freight.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close shippers across the US & Canada
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Post loads and source carriers using DAT and Truckstop
- Negotiate competitive rates with both shippers and carriers
- Manage dispatch, tracking, and issue resolution
- Ensure seamless operations from pickup to delivery and POD collection

Requirements
- Minimum #6 months of US & Canada freight brokerage experience
- Strong understanding of freight lanes, equipment types, and market rates
- Proven ability to generate business and cover loads independently
- Hands-on experience with DAT and Truckstop
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Not Suitable For
- Candidates with only lead generation or support experience
- Individuals uncomfortable negotiating with both shippers and carriers
- Those not prepared for a performance-driven environment
