Job Title: Psychiatrist – Teleconsultation

Role Overview
MyRx is hiring qualified Psychiatrists to provide teleconsultation support through clinical review, prescription validation, and prescription generation for specific therapeutic categories, including Erectile Dysfunction (ED) medications. The role requires adherence to established clinical protocols, Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Review patient medical history, consultation details, and clinical information.
- Validate patient eligibility for prescribed ED medications based on clinical guidelines.
- Generate or approve prescriptions where clinically appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with Telemedicine Practice Guidelines and internal SOPs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of consultations on the platform.
- Escalate cases requiring additional clinical assessment or intervention.
- Deliver consultations while maintaining patient confidentiality and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- MD/DNB/DPM in Psychiatry.
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Prior teleconsultation experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and sound clinical judgment.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts available between 6:00 AM and 3:00 AM.
- Doctors can choose shifts based on their availability.
Compensation
- Performance-based payout on a per validated consultation/order basis.
- High earning potential depending on consultation volume and shift availability.
Training
- Comprehensive platform onboarding.
