Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments
· Generate leads through field visits, references, digital platforms, and networking
· Conduct client meetings, site visits, and energy requirement analysis
· Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals for solar projects
· Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
· Coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility and execution
· Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
· Handle negotiations, contract finalization, and payment follow-ups
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policies (subsidies, net metering, etc.)
· Execute marketing strategies including campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
· 8-9 years of experience in sales/marketing (solar/renewable energy preferred)
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Knowledge of solar products, EPC projects, and industry regulations is an advantage
· Ability to work independently and meet targets
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
