Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients requesting marketing materials.
Gather all necessary information and translate client needs into clear briefs for the design and video editing team.
Coordinate task timelines, provide updates, and ensure on-time delivery of all assets.
Review and proof materials before sending to clients to ensure quality and brand alignment.
Maintain a structured tracking system for requests, feedback, revisions, and approvals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify commonly needed materials and propose template-driven solutions.
Occasionally assist with scheduling or organizing social media content.
Contribute ideas for improving internal workflows and elevating the client experience.
Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills—you’re clear, responsive, and professional in every interaction.
A natural multitasker who can prioritize and manage multiple projects without letting anything slip.
A knack for interpreting creative requests and providing helpful feedback to both clients and designers.
Familiarity with marketing material formats such as flyers, social media graphics, short videos, and listing assets.
A proactive mindset—you look for ways to make the process smoother for everyone involved.
2–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination, project support, or client services role.
