- Provide accurate information on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, travel regulations, and documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support before, during, and after travel to ensure a seamless experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service and achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer records, leads, follow-ups, and bookings using a CRM system.
- Maintain and update travel data, booking details, invoices, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Stay updated on travel trends, promotional offers, destination information, and industry developments.
- Resolve travel-related issues, cancellations, modifications, and customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure all bookings and documentation are accurate and comply with company policies and travel regulations.
- Meet individual and team sales targets while promoting additional travel products and services.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
