Epoch Consulting is hiring for the role of Tele Sales Manager for its client, a leading boutique financial advisory firm, based out of Bangalore.
We are looking for a results-driven Tele Sales Manager (Exp. 1-3 years) to lead sourcing and origination for MSME Business Loans across secured and unsecured products, covering both short-term and long-term lending solutions. Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or any other regional language in addition to Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business loan and working capital products, sourcing channels, lender partnerships, and connector ecosystems, along with the ability to drive business growth, generate qualified opportunities, and support disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality and credit discipline.
- Conduct daily outreach to SMEs, MSMEs, D2C, and B2B brands to generate business opportunities for Business Loans, Working Capital, and other lending solutions.
- Connect with key decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Promoters, CFOs, and Finance Heads to understand their funding requirements and build a strong prospect pipeline.
- Drive multi-channel prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital channels to maximize engagement and lead conversion.
- Understand the prospect’s business model, revenue profile, cash flow cycle, working capital requirements, and growth plans, and pitch relevant financing solutions accordingly.
- Build and continuously update a robust database of target businesses by tracking new-age D2C, B2B, and SME brands through platforms such as Inc42, Tracxn, Startup Pedia, LinkedIn, and other market intelligence sources.
- Generate and pass on a consistent flow of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to the business / deal team with clear qualification notes and relevant business context.
- Maintain a structured MIS of all leads, outreach attempts, follow-ups, conversations, and lead status to ensure strong pipeline visibility and reporting discipline.
- Coordinate closely with the sales / deal / credit teams to improve lead quality, optimize conversion rates, and ensure seamless movement of prospects through the funnel.
- Track daily productivity metrics such as calls made, conversations held, decision-maker connects, meetings scheduled, SQLs generated, and conversions achieved.
- Stay updated on market trends, lending products, competitor offerings, and emerging business segments to improve outreach effectiveness and lead quality.
- This is a 5 day work from office role.
l Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
