Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Business Development team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about marketing, lead generation, and business development. The selected candidate will support marketing initiatives, manage lead tracking, assist with exhibitions, and contribute to the company's growth in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage inquiries and leads across multiple channels.
- Support lead generation through digital platforms, referrals, and other marketing activities.
- Assist in planning and coordinating exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Prepare marketing presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and support data management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on day-to-day business development activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Marathi will be an added advantage.
