Job Summary:
TH Techhub Solutions is hiring a Telecaller to engage with prospective students, provide accurate information about our programs, and assist them through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in handling customer inquiries over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students through outbound calls
- Provide clear and accurate information about available programs
- Answer queries and address concerns professionally
- Follow up with interested candidates
- Maintain records of interactions and update lead status
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer support
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions
- Basic computer knowledge
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
