Job Overview
We are looking for a SaaS Backup & Disaster Recovery Engineer (L1) to join a global technical support team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, troubleshooting SaaS applications, cloud backup solutions, and disaster recovery operations.
