About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the Pharmaceutical/PCD Pharma industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in business expansion, client acquisition, franchise development, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in the PCD Pharma market.
- Appoint new distributors, franchise partners, and super stockists across India.
- Generate business through calls, emails, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle client negotiations and successfully close business deals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the Pharma/PCD industry.
- Graduate (MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of PCD Pharma business, franchise development, and pharmaceutical products.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP software.
Preferred Candidate
✔ Experience in the PCD Pharma Industry is mandatory.
✔ Existing network of distributors/franchise clients will be an added advantage.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
