Role Summary
We are looking for a smart, reliable, and proactive candidate to work closely with the CEO in handling business coordination, reporting, analytics, follow-ups, scheduling, and day-to-day operational support. The role requires a candidate who can professionally coordinate with leadership, provide data-driven business insights, maintain proper follow-ups across departments, and assist the CEO in both business and executive-level responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with departments and leadership for timely updates and execution
- Prepare and maintain business reports, dashboards, MOMs, and follow-ups
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to the CEO
- Track operational performance, pending tasks, and internal workflows
- Manage CEO scheduling, meetings, priorities, and coordination
- Maintain professional communication across teams and leadership
- Assist in strategic discussions, reporting, and decision-support activities
- Handle confidential and sensitive work professionally
- Support CEO with executive and personal coordination when required
Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent follow-up and task management ability
- Strong analytical and business understanding
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Power BI / Data Analytics knowledge preferred
