We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in the glass, mirror, or continuous process manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime and support production.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, drives, PLCs, control panels, sensors, and electrical circuits.
- Maintain transformers, switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, and power distribution systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of production machinery, conveyors, compressors, pumps, and utility equipment.
- Monitor electrical systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability.
- Participate in installation, commissioning, and modification of new electrical equipment.
- Support energy conservation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B. Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in mirror, glass, or continuous process industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, industrial automation, motors, control panels, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and root cause analysis.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings and maintenance documentation.
Pay: ₹25,518.74 - ₹55,910.57 per month
