JD: Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary point of contact for all capital market-related queries and initiatives within the organization. • Provide expert guidance on capital market products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products. • Collaborate with business, technology, and compliance teams to design, develop, and implement capital market solutions. • Perform Data Analysis and interpret market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to advise stakeholders. • Support the development and review of business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases for capital market systems. • Participate in risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to capital market operations. • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for internal teams on capital market concepts and processes. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to capital market transactions and systems. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies in capital market activities. • Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting capital markets. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA ) • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, brokerage, or financial services. • Have cleared 3 levels of CFA. •
