Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI-First Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern integrations, automations, and backend systems across multiple platforms.
This is not a traditional backend development role. We are specifically looking for someone who actively leverages AI throughout their workflow to accelerate development, debugging, documentation, testing, system design, and automation.
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable building custom integrations from scratch, working with APIs, creating scalable automation workflows, and implementing AI-powered solutions for internal operations and client projects.

Responsibilities
- Build custom integrations between HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Stripe, and third-party systems.
- Design and implement scalable automation workflows.
- Build AI-powered business processes and operational automations.
- Create middleware and backend services to connect disconnected systems.
- Implement AI agents and AI-assisted workflows where appropriate.
- Optimize existing integrations and workflows for performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot API, webhook, authentication, and synchronization issues.
- Create documentation and technical architecture diagrams.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and technologies.
Must-Have Experience
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Experience building custom integrations from scratch.
- Experience with HubSpot and/or GoHighLevel APIs.
- Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and data synchronization.
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, and Zapier.
- Proven use of AI tools in day-to-day development workflows.
- Experience implementing AI-powered automations and business processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
