- Generate new business opportunities by appointing PCD distributors, franchise partners, and stockists across assigned territories.
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Promote the company's product portfolio and explain product features, pricing, and promotional schemes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful business partnerships.
- Coordinate with the dispatch, accounts, and production departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Resolve customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, dispatch, and payments.
- Collect and maintain updated customer records, enquiry details, and sales reports in the CRM or Excel.
- Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market demand, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain daily call reports, follow-up records, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Perform any other sales-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹18,812.08 - ₹35,761.90 per month
