Job Title: Billing Engineer (Interior Projects)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity estimation, client billing, subcontractor billing, and cost tracking for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of BOQ, measurement sheets, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Client Billing (RA Bills & Final Bills).
- Verify and certify Subcontractor Bills as per executed work.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
- Maintain project cost records and billing documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for work progress updates.
- Prepare and track variation orders and extra item claims.
- Monitor project budgets and support cost control activities.
- Ensure billing compliance as per contract terms and timelines.
- Generate project MIS and billing reports.
- Review drawings and compare execution quantities with approved BOQ.
- Support procurement and project teams for quantity-related requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Interior Billing, BOQ & Quantity Surveying
- Good understanding of AutoCAD, MS Excel & ERP Software
- Knowledge of material reconciliation and project costing
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Qualification:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Retail, Commercial, Office Interior Fit-out Projects preferred.
