Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive who can help expand SN Technology's customer base by generating new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and creating a strong sales pipeline.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, opening new accounts, understanding business challenges, and introducing technology solutions that solve real business problems.
The primary objective of this role is to generate qualified meetings, identify opportunities, and contribute towards revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and engage prospective customers across India.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule meetings with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct initial customer discussions to understand business and technology challenges.
- Solution Positioning
Promote SN Technology's portfolio including:
- Cybersecurity Assessments & VAPT
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Endpoint Management (MDM)
- Microsoft Security Solutions
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Managed IT Services
- Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions
- Account Management
- Maintain regular engagement with prospects and existing customers.
- Coordinate customer meetings, demos, workshops, and presentations.
- Work closely with technical teams to support solution discussions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Partner Engagement
- Collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners.
- Participate in partner-led campaigns, webinars, and customer events.
- Leverage partner relationships for lead generation and market expansion.
- Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Track opportunities and sales activities.
- Provide weekly pipeline updates and business reports.
- Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- MBA is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, IT sales, SaaS sales, or technology consulting sales.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, or Software Sales is preferred.
