We are seeking an experienced Learning Platform & Digital Academy Manager to lead the development, administration, and growth of our digital learning ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
➜ Set up and manage online academies and corporate training portals
➜ Administer and optimize LMS platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, Thinkific, LearnWorlds, Kajabi, and Teachable
➜ Design and manage course structures, learning paths, assessments, and certifications
➜ Create quizzes, certificates, and learner engagement journeys
➜ Manage user onboarding, roles, permissions, and platform administration
➜ Coordinate instructor onboarding and provide platform support and training
➜ Ensure content security, access management, and intellectual property protection
➜ Monitor platform performance and learner engagement metrics
Requirements
➜ 4+ years of experience in digital learning platforms and LMS administration
➜ Proven experience setting up and managing online academies or corporate training portals
➜ Hands-on expertise with Moodle, TalentLMS, Thinkific, LearnWorlds, Kajabi, Teachable, or similar platforms
➜ Strong understanding of e-learning best practices and learner experience design
➜ Experience managing course content, assessments, certifications, and user administration
➜ Knowledge of content security and intellectual property protection
