Role Summary
The Technical PMO will support Product, Engineering, Support, Platform, and Delivery teams by tracking actions, maintaining governance records, coordinating stakeholder follow-ups, preparing management reports, and providing visibility on risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
The role is responsible for ensuring actions arising from reviews, escalations, audits, deployments, and customer discussions are tracked to closure, enabling technical teams to focus on execution rather than administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Action Tracking & Coordination
- Maintain centralized action tracker across Product, Engineering, Support, Platform, SOC, and Delivery teams
- Track actions from weekly reviews, customer meetings, escalation calls, RCA reviews, audit reviews, and deployment discussions
- Follow up with stakeholders on pending actions
- Maintain visibility of overdue actions and aging items
- Escalate long-pending actions to management
Reporting & Presentation Management
- Prepare weekly operational reports and monthly management reports
- Develop governance dashboards and presentation decks
- Consolidate updates from multiple teams
- Track SLA, incident, deployment, escalation, and action closure metrics
- Support preparation of QBRs, customer reviews, and leadership presentations
Governance Support
- Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) register
- Track open risks and dependencies
- Monitor action closure against agreed timelines
- Support governance meetings through agenda preparation, MOM documentation, and action tracking
- Maintain governance repositories and records
Problem Management Tracking
- Track RCA action items and corrective actions
- Follow up on recurring issues and engineering commitments
- Maintain visibility of problem records and closure status
- Track implementation of permanent fixes
- Publish recurring issue trends and action status
Audit & Compliance Support
- Maintain audit trackers and evidence repositories
- Follow up on audit observations and action items
- Track closure of compliance-related activities
- Support preparation of audit documentation and management updates
Deployment & Delivery Coordination
- Track onboarding, deployment, UAT, and go-live activities
- Follow up on pending dependencies and approvals
- Maintain deployment readiness trackers
- Coordinate status updates between teams
Required Skills – Technical
- Basic understanding of SDLC and product release lifecycle
- Understanding of Incident and Problem Management processes
- Familiarity with SaaS / Enterprise applications
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exposure to Power BI preferred
- Ability to understand technical discussions and convert them into actionable trackers

Experience Requirements
Mandatory:
- 4–7 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Delivery Coordination, Operations Coordination, or Governance Support
- Experience maintaining action trackers and management reports
- Experience preparing weekly/monthly governance presentations
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience in Product Support, SaaS, Cybersecurity, SIEM, MXDR, Managed Services, or Enterprise Software environments
- Exposure to Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, and governance reporting
- PMP/Prince2 Foundation/ITIL Foundation
