Job Summary
We are looking for a Showroom Sales Executive for our furniture showroom in Trivandrum. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products, and converting enquiries into sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products
- Explain product details such as materials, pricing, customization, warranty, and delivery timelines
- Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Maintain showroom display standards
- Update daily enquiries, quotations, and sales details
Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in showroom sales / retail sales
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, WhatsApp, Excel / Google Sheets)
- Education: 12th / Diploma / Graduation
- Malayalam mandatory, English preferred
- Willing to work on weekends (weekly off on a weekday)
