Your role in over company is the following.
1. Curriculum & Content Development (Backend)
- Technical Authoring: Develop comprehensive Student Manuals, Trainer Guides, and detailed PowerPoint Presentations with a strong emphasis on circuit diagrams, signal flow charts, and system block diagrams for academy.
- Project Formulation: Design real-world capstone projects that require heavy hardware-software integration and create educational videos and content for academy.
- Documentation: Write clear lab manuals with step-by-step assembly instructions, pin configurations, and troubleshooting guides for common work flow for student to understand and learn.
- Company support: Be the face of company in promotional content and educational content that being share through the system.
2. Instruction & Delivery (Frontend)
- Online Instruction: Conduct live virtual classes covering system architecture, control theory, and algorithm design, utilizing digital whiteboards to draw circuits and explain signal processing in real-time.
- Offline Lab Instruction: Lead in-person, hands-on training sessions in fully equipped labs. Guide students through PCB soldering, multimeter usage, oscilloscope probing, motor driver integration, and real-time OS debugging.
- Student Mentorship: Provide direct troubleshooting support for hardware malfunctions and firmware bugs during lab hours and via dedicated communication channels.
Subject Matter Domains
The ideal candidate must be proficient in developing content for the following hardware-centric areas:
- Embedded Systems: Microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32, PIC, AVR), RTOS, Interrupts, Timer/Counter configuration, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).
- Robotics: Kinematics (Forward/Inverse), Dynamics, Actuator control (DC/BLDC/Stepper motors), Motor Drivers (H-bridges, MOSFETs), and ROS (Robot Operating System) integration.
- Internet of Things (IoT): Sensor interfacing (Temperature, IMU, LiDAR, Ultrasonic), Signal Conditioning (Op-amps, Filters), and Edge Gateway programming.
- Applied AI / Machine Learning: Deployment of TinyML and Neural Networks on resource-constrained embedded devices (TensorFlow Lite Micro). Emphasis on using AI for predictive maintenance, computer vision (with cameras), and sensor data analytics.
- Core Electronics: Power Electronics, Control Systems (PID tuning), PCB Design fundamentals, and Analog/Digital circuit design.
