Tender Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
A Tender Executive is responsible for managing the complete tendering lifecycle, from identifying business opportunities to submitting compliant bids and supporting post-award activities. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and analytical skills to maximize contract-winning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Search & Identification
- Monitor procurement portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering platforms for relevant opportunities.
- Review tender notifications to assess eligibility, scope of work, submission requirements, and deadlines.
- Evaluate tender feasibility based on company capabilities and business objectives.
2. Proposal Preparation & Documentation
- Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, and other departments to collect technical and commercial information.
- Prepare technical proposals, commercial bids, cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing documents.
- Ensure all bid documents, certifications, declarations, and compliance requirements meet client and regulatory standards.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of all supporting documentation before submission.
3. Tender Submission & Process Management
- Manage the end-to-end tender submission process while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Submit bids through online e-procurement portals as well as physical submissions where required.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, clarify tender requirements, and maintain communication with procurement authorities.
- Track amendments, corrigenda, and addenda issued during the bidding process.
4. Post-Submission & Relationship Management
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, vendor registrations, contracts, and bid history.
- Monitor bid status, follow up on results, and analyze successful and unsuccessful bids to improve future proposals.
- Support contract finalization, negotiations, and client communications after bid submission.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, government departments, and procurement agencies.

Pay: ₹14,886.87 - ₹19,992.14 per month
