Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for solar inverter manufacturing.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards, SOPs, and inspection processes.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer quality expectations.
Analyze quality issues, lead root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with Production, R&D, Procurement, and Service teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Monitor quality KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Train and mentor the quality team to maintain high quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.5-10 years of Experience
2.Immediate Joiner Prefferable
3.Diploma/Btech E&TC
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
