Main Task & Key Responsibilities
- Product Design & Engineering
- Designing of System Overview for Projects
- Creation of Product Design and Detail Engineering with respect to the Customer Requirements.
- To validate, modify & redesign the product in coordination with the FEA team and other stakeholders
- New Product Development
- Creation of concepts for developing new products & various components
- Collecting suitable information & feedback from the concerning stakeholders to incorporate in the design
- Production, Manufacturing & Purchase Team Support
- Creation of Design Drawings for Production, Assembly and Part/Components.
- Creation of Part Lists (Bill of Materials) for new orders.
- Creation & Maintenance of Engineering Change Request (ECR) for ongoing and existing orders.
- Customer Relations & Project Sales Team Support
- Creation of Design Drawings for Sales Proposal & Quotations.
- To conduct the design feasibility check with the proposed solution offering
- Collect & clarify the appropriate Project Requirements with Customer Relations, Production & Engineering Team and include it into the current designs.
- Responsible for complete engineering phase of the Project execution.
- Product Configurator Dashboard Design
- Creating & categorizing Technical Design Data for Products & Services offered
- To automate the CAD Design process using Drive Works Express Software
Key Internal & external interfaces / Cross -functional coordination
- Production Division - Mechanical Pre-Assembly & Final Assembly
- Electrical, R&D Team
- Purchase Team
- Customer Relations / Project Team
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
