Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy solutions with advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to address complex business challenges while ensuring responsible and ethical use of AI

Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL, Python, and Databricks to generate actionable business insights from large and complex datasets

Leverage enterprise-approved tools to automate data analytics workflows, streamline reporting processes, and improve operational efficiency

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions using Power BI to monitor key business and operational metrics

Conduct exploratory data analysis, root-cause analysis, forecasting, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for business improvement

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical partners to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and data science solutions

Build, train, validate, and optimize predictive, statistical, and machine learning models (Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Clustering, Time Series, Ensemble Models) to support data-driven decision making

Manage model development lifecycles, experimentation, monitoring, and deployment using MLflow and Azure cloud platforms

Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and analytics best practices to drive innovation and strategic transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience delivering Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments

Experience developing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, data models, and analytical datasets from large-scale relational and cloud-based data platforms

Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale dashboards, KPI scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions using Power BI
-
Experience translating complex analytical findings into executive-ready presentations, business recommendations, and strategic insights

Understanding with Databricks, MLflow, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem

Solid understanding of data modeling, data governance, data quality, and big data architecture
