Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Design:
Lead and oversee the detailed engineering phase of solar power projects, from concept to construction.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that project design aligns with objectives and specifications.
Engineering Team Management:
Manage a team of engineers, drafters, and technical specialists, providing guidance, support, and direction.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient and accurate project execution.
Detailed Engineering:
Supervise the development of detailed engineering plans, including electrical, structural, and mechanical aspects of solar installations.
Review and approve design drawings, technical documentation, and specifications.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure project designs comply with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including permitting and safety standards.
Stay informed about the latest industry standards and best practices.
Technical Innovation:
Encourage innovation and the adoption of the latest solar technologies to enhance project performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with the research and development team to identify and implement cutting-edge solutions.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure that projects meet design specifications, performance standards, and client expectations.
Identify potential technical risks and challenges during the engineering phase and develop mitigation strategies.
Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
