Job Overview
Helpline Group is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in accounting operations, taxation, reporting, Tally ERP, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and reconciliations
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Support audit and compliance activities
- Prepare aging reports, cash flow reports, and budget reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial reporting
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in Tally/ERP systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting)
- Knowledge of VAT, taxation, and compliance reporting
- Experience in reconciliations, MIS reporting, and audit support
- Good communication and professional skills
- GCC accounting experience is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / ACCA / CMA
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary will be based on company standards and candidate experience.
