Parking Capital is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Investment Sales Manager to help clients make smarter real estate investment decisions while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective investors and onboard new clients.
- Drive sales of real estate investment and advisory products.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Wealth Management, Banking, Financial Services, or Investment Advisory.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to explain investment concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
