Profile Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to support our online business operations. The candidate should have a basic understanding of product listing, order processing, and online marketplace operations. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
● Assist in product listing on e-commerce platforms and company websites.
● Upload product details such as titles, descriptions, prices, and images.
● Coordinate and monitor daily order processing activities.
● Track orders, returns, cancellations, and delivery status.
● Maintain product inventory and update stock availability.
● Ensure product information is accurate and updated regularly.
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
● Support in handling customer queries related to orders and products.
Prepare basic reports related to sales and order management.
Knowledge Skills
● Graduation in any field.
● Freshers can apply.
Interest in E-Commerce and online business operations.
● Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
