Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle administrative tasks, data management, documentation, and coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, organized, and capable of supporting daily business operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records, reports, and databases related to sales, inventory, and production
- Handle documentation, invoicing, and order processing
- Coordinate with sales, production, and accounts teams for smooth workflow
- Assist in purchase orders, vendor communication, and procurement documentation
- Manage email correspondence, data entry, and filing systems
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
- Support HR and admin teams in employee records management and office operations
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and office administration
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Relevant experience and practical knowledge will also be considered
