Reporting: Generating reports and retrieving data for company use.
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and routine checkups.
Spare Parts & Inventory: Oversee the inventory of critical spares and consumables. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replacement of worn-out parts like molds and guide rollers
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities follow strict plant safety guidelines, particularly regarding high temperatures, heavy material handling, and high-pressure hydraulics.
Continuous Improvement: Work with the cross-functional operations and shift teams to modify or upgrade equipment for better efficiency, casting speed, and TMT steel quality
