Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) procedures with precision and attention to detail.
- Specialize in:
- Nano Brows
- Microblading
- Lip Blush
- Semi-Permanent Makeup
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand expectations and recommend suitable treatments.
- Follow strict hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Educate clients on pre-care and post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and client photographs.
- Ensure excellent client experience and build long-term relationships.
- Stay updated with the latest SPMU techniques, products, and industry trends.
- Support clinic sales by recommending suitable aftercare and skincare products.
- Work closely with the clinic team to maintain premium service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU).
- Hands-on expertise in Nano Brows, Microblading, Lip Blush, and other PMU procedures.
- Certification in PMU/SPMU from a recognized institute is preferred.
- Excellent artistic skills with a strong eye for symmetry and facial aesthetics.
- Knowledge of skin types, pigments, color correction, and healing processes.
- Strong communication and client consultation skills.
- Professional grooming and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a luxury clinic environment.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience working in premium aesthetic clinics or luxury beauty brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous SPMU work.
- Passionate about beauty, aesthetics, and client satisfaction.
