- Provide financial planning and advisory support to management.
- Review the company's financial position, cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements.
- Prepare cash-flow and fund-flow projections.
- Support annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Assess short-term and long-term funding requirements.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding loans, working capital facilities, credit limits, overdrafts, and other financial requirements.
- Support negotiations with banks regarding interest rates, financing terms, and banking facilities.
- Review and monitor existing loans, credit facilities, repayments, and interest obligations.
- Advise management on suitable financing and fund-management options.
- Monitor cash availability and upcoming financial commitments.
- Identify opportunities to improve cash management and reduce financing costs.
- Review financial performance and highlight key financial risks and opportunities.
- Prepare financial MIS and management reports as required.
- Support management in evaluating business investments, expansion plans, and major financial decisions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team to review financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants during year-end closing and audit activities.
- Support preparation and review of financial statements and financial schedules.
- Assist with year-end financial planning, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Provide professional finance advice to management on an ongoing or need-based basis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in banking, corporate finance, treasury, or financial services.
- Prior experience in a bank or financial institution is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking and financial products.
- Experience in working capital, loans, credit facilities, and funding arrangements.
- Strong understanding of cash-flow and fund-flow management.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong MS Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide practical financial recommendations to management.

Employment Type: Freelance / Part-Time
The engagement will be based on the company's financial requirements and may include scheduled consultations, periodic financial reviews, banking coordination, financial planning, and year-end support.
Compensation: To be mutually agreed based on the candidate's experience, expertise, scope of work, and level of involvement.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
