We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Handling Counsellor to manage client interactions, understand their requirements, provide appropriate guidance, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Provide professional counselling and accurate information to prospective clients.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments or sales.
- Address client concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Schedule appointments and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Achieve assigned sales and counselling targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
