WHAT WE ARE BUILDING
Infosec Ventures is a cybersecurity venture studio with a portfolio of B2B cybersecurity SaaS products. We are building our marketing function. This person owns where the world finds us across every search surface, every AI platform, and every channel where a CISO or IT buyer is actively looking.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Someone who sees digital visibility as one connected system - not a collection of separate tactics.
- They understand organic search deeply, have consciously moved into AI-powered search, read trends before data confirms them, and can interrogate any dataset and tell you what it actually means for the business.
- They learned SEO properly - understood the fundamentals, practiced them - and have now transitioned strongly into AEO, GEO, and AIO. The shift from traditional search to AI-generated answers is not news to them. They have been living in it.
- They do not need a specific tool to think. They are analytically sharp by nature - give them any data and they will find the signal inside it.
- They understand that AI is not a destination - it is a moving target. The landscape shifts fast and they shift with it. They are always on the learning curve, not waiting at the bottom of it.
- They are self-directed and hungry. They assess the landscape, form a view, and start building.
- They have 2–4 years of this kind of experience. They know what it feels like to build visibility from nothing - and understand why the old playbook alone no longer gets you there.This is an Individual Contributor role. Just the work - and the thinking behind it.
WHAT THEY WILL DO
- Own organic search visibility for the Infosec Ventures portfolio - on-page, off-page, technical structure, content architecture, entity building
- Own AI search visibility - positioning HumanFirewall to be cited and recommended across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews
- Map and monitor search trends independently - spot shifts in how CISOs and IT buyers are researching before the data catches up
- Interrogate available data - traffic, search behaviour, content performance, AI citation patterns - and translate it into clear decisions
- Work closely with the PR & Content Executive to ensure everything produced is structured for both search and AI visibility from the start
- Build off-page authority - citations, backlinks, and authoritative mentions that both search engines and LLMs trust
- Build account-level intent intelligence over time - identify which target accounts are actively researching, what they are searching for, and feed that signal into an ABM motion alongside leadership
- Work directly with leadership to align visibility strategy with business and product priorities.

- Proven organic search execution - site audits, keyword strategy, content architecture, on-page and off-page work actually done
- Strong and demonstrable transition into AEO, GEO, and AIO - active experimentation, frameworks developed, a clear point of view
- Analytically sharp - can work with any data available and extract what matters without being directed
- Trend mapping ability - reads the search landscape independently, does not wait for tools to surface what is already happening
- Actively riding the AI learning curve - not just aware of how AI search is evolving but continuously upskilling and adapting as the paradigm shifts
- Tech and cybersecurity B2B domain awareness - understands the buyer, the search behaviour, the ecosystem
- B2B experience - understands that B2B buying cycles and search intent are fundamentally different from B2C
THIS IS NOT THE ROLE IF
- Your work begins and ends with keyword reports and rank tracking
- AEO, GEO, and AIO are buzzwords you have heard but cannot speak to with substance
- You need tools to form a view before you can act
- The pace of AI search evolution makes you uncomfortable rather than curious
- Your experience is limited to consumer, B2C, or agency work with no B2B exposure
- You are looking to manage a team or oversee an agency
- You need a defined structure and senior oversight to operate independently
- B2B tech and cybersecurity feel like unfamiliar territory
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
