A law firm in Akshayanagar, Bangalore, is looking for a full-time Office Receptionist and Assistant.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Qualifications):
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (PUC pass).
Languages: Must know how to speak and understand Kannada and English.
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge (typing, using WhatsApp, and checking emails).
Work Style: Must be punctual, honest, and hard-working.
JOB DUTIES (Daily Work):
Front Desk: Greet clients who come to the office and answer the office phone calls.
Office Administration: Manage the cleaning staff and make sure the office is clean every morning.
Post & Courier: Manage all incoming and outgoing letters/couriers through the post office.
Basic Ledger: Maintain a notebook to write down everyday small cash expenses (like tea, milk, or stationery).
File Management: Take photocopies of court papers, stitch or staple files neatly, and organiae them in folders.
TIMINGS & LOCATION: Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

SALARY INCREMENTS: Yearly salary hike based on performance and hard work.
