Telemarketing Executive – Full Time
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Generate and follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Coordinate with the sales team and schedule appointments.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Support other sales and marketing activities as required.
Requirements:
- Any Degree or Diploma qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
