Job Profile:
National - Sales & Business Development position
- Competency in Sales & application responsibilities to support entire regional sales team.
- Regular interaction with the customers.
- Sales development planning and monitoring.
- Customized product discussion and development.
- Position involves focusing on suggesting solutions based on various areas of the applications.
- Presentation and convincing skills for business development activity
- Interaction with the customer on the product and service requirement.
- CAD knowledge is preferred to understand drawings.
- Capable to create the draft drawings based on customer applications.
- Competency in Technical sales or Techno-Commercial Sales.
- Competency in effective Verbal, Listening, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Addressing on time enquiries and providing quotations
- Tracking quotation to conversion of orders
- Development of Business from New customers/segments
- Follow-up to enhance business from existing Customers
- Co-ordinate with internal team to ensure regular supplies
- Customer Survey.
- Payment follow-ups/collections
- Sales review half yearly and yearly and plan for further improvement.
- Ensure to meet the application statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Good knowledge of all kind of manufacturing industries
- Willingness to travel extensively on assigned places within above region
- Identifying the risk & opportunities to eliminating the risk source & changing the consequences.
- Knowledge ISO process document & participate in MRM.
Pay: ₹150,000.46 - ₹190,000.72 per month
