Position: Senior Architect
Experience Required: 3–5 Years (compulsary)
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Location: Dehradun
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to execution.
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and draftsmen.
- Develop innovative and practical design solutions.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building bye-laws and regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of construction techniques and materials.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Valid COA registration preferred.
