We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to manage guest enquiries and convert leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to leads generated through Ads & marketing campaigns
- Handle guest enquiries professionally via call, WhatsApp & email
- Convert enquiries into confirmed sales/bookings
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective guests
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth guest communication
- Build strong customer relationships and enhance guest experience
Requirements
- Sales candidate preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Hotel Sales / Hospitality Sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry and guest handling
- Hotel Management degree/diploma will be an added advantage
- Basic computer & CRM handling knowledge preferred
