We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Account Manager to handle end-to-end finance, accounting, and export operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in textile accounting, statutory compliance, and forex/export processes.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage complete accounting including cotton & yarn manufacturing accounting
✔ Handle book finalization, costing, yarn realization, and MIS reporting
✔ Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS, and tax audits
✔ Ensure compliance with ICEGATE, DGFT, and statutory regulations
✔ Track IGST refunds and manage 15CA/15CB compliance
✔ Oversee export operations from PI to realization
✔ Handle LC, export/INR invoicing, PCFC, and forex deal booking
✔ Manage inward remittances and EBRC compliance as per RBI norms
✔ Coordinate with banks, CHA, and logistics teams
✔ Ensure timely submission of export and shipping documents
✔ Handle Merchanting Trade Transactions (MTT) compliance
✔ Manage stock audits, bank documentation, and financial projections
✔ Support insurance and audit documentation (including fire claims)
✔ Handle certification compliance (BCI, GOTS, OCS, ReginAgri, Textile Genesis)
✔ Ensure traceability and coordinate with auditors and certification bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance /MBA/MCOM
- 5–10 years of experience in textile/export industry
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and export regulations
- Hands-on experience with forex transactions and banking compliance
