Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, smart, and dynamic Sales Executive to drive our sales. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel, possess strong lead-generation skills, and be capable of establishing long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients, commercial projects, new business branches, and corporate offices.
- Travel across assigned territories to pitch specialised corporate identity products and custom business solutions directly to Procurement Managers, Marketing Departments, and key decision-makers.
- Generate new business leads independently through direct field visits and market mapping.
- Understand customer requirements, present appropriate signage designs/solutions, and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain continuous follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure high conversion rates.
- Demonstrate strong workplace stability and a long-term commitment to growing with the company.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven track record in outdoor field sales with a preference for candidates coming from high-pressure sales environments (e.g., insurance, banking cards, or corporate products).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive "go-getter" attitude with a willingness to consistently hunt for new business in the field.
- Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for local travel
