Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Closing Manager to handle customer negotiations and successfully close residential property sales. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential real estate sales, deal closures, and client relationship management, along with the ability to convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions and manage the end-to-end sales closing process
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers
- Negotiate pricing and finalize deals with clients
- Coordinate with presales and sourcing teams to convert leads into sales
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure smooth documentation and coordination with internal teams during the booking process
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to management
Prefered Skills:
- Strong experience in residential real estate sales and deal closures
- Excellent negotiation and client handling skills
- Ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Strong understanding of channel sales and broker coordination
- Good communication and presentation skills
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
