Job Summary
The Inbound Relationship Officer is responsible for handling incoming customer calls, resolving queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, billing, orders, or account information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and call-handling procedures.
- Build positive customer relationships and enhance customer experience
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate .
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in customer service or a voice process is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
