Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on assigned leads and convert opportunities using the CRM system.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices (PI), sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with the Production, Accounts, and Service departments to ensure timely order execution.
- Search and follow up on government and private tenders through portals such as GeM and nProcure.
- Handle vendor registration and maintain company profiles on various procurement portals.
- Create, update, and maintain sales documentation, including SOPs, product data sheets, and quotation templates.
- Organize and maintain digital records of customer documents and sales information.
- Collect customer feedback and update the CRM with relevant information.
- Provide first-level support by responding to customer inquiries and resolving basic issues.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments as per agreed timelines.
- Continuously learn about new products, market trends, and industry developments.
- Attend training programs and apply acquired knowledge to daily work.
Requirements & Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (SalesTown preferred), Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Back Office Sales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
Pay: ₹11,456.14 - ₹31,274.45 per month
