We are Brisa, a dynamic HVAC and home services company currently scaling our operations. We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX & Product Design Lead to join us remotely for an exciting one-year contract.
Your mission is to build a high-fidelity, fully clickable ecosystem prototype that will serve as the centerpiece for our upcoming investor pitches. This project is a foundational step toward our goal of disrupting the home services market with a seamless digital experience.
The Project
We are building a comprehensive mobile and web ecosystem consisting of:
- Customer App: An intuitive mobile interface for service requests.
- Technician App: A robust tool for field service management.
- Admin Portal: A web-based software for backend operations and analytics.
Your goal is to ensure all three interfaces are cohesive, user-centric, and ready for high-stakes investor demonstrations.
Role Responsibilities
- Design a modern, intuitive, and visually appealing UI for an AI-powered home services mobile application (Android & iOS).
- Understand business requirements and convert them into user-centric design solutions.
- Create user flows, information architecture, and customer journey maps.
- Design wireframes, low-fidelity concepts, and high-fidelity UI screens.

- Ensure a consistent design system, typography, iconography, spacing, and color palette throughout the application.
- Design responsive layouts suitable for different mobile screen sizes.
- Incorporate Saudi Arabian user preferences, including support for both English and Arabic (RTL-friendly design).
- Collaborate with the founder to iterate on feedback and improve usability.
- Organize all Figma files with reusable components and Auto Layout for future developer handoff.
- Deliver all design assets, icons, and source files upon project completion.
What We Offer
- Compensation: 8,500 Rs / Month.
- Flexibility: 5 days a week, 4–5 hours per day (fully remote).
- Duration: 1-year contract.
- Growth Potential: This is a key role. If we successfully secure investment and build a winning product, we intend to offer this position as a full-time, permanent role based in Saudi Arabia to the right candidate.
Who You Are
- You have a proven track record in designing high-fidelity mobile and web applications.
- You understand product-led growth and can translate complex technical workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences.
- You are comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- You are looking for more than just a gig—you are looking to be part of a team building something from the ground up.
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proficient in Figma (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and mobile usability.
- Experience designing marketplace or service-booking applications is preferred.
- Basic understanding of AI-assisted interfaces or chatbot UX is an advantage.
- Familiarity with design systems, components, Auto Layout, and prototyping in Figma.
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Able to meet deadlines and respond promptly to feedback.
- Portfolio showcasing mobile app UI/UX projects (mandatory).
- Experience participating in hackathons, startup projects, or freelance work is a plus.
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Flutter or React Native UI implementation.
- Experience with animation tools such as Lottie or Rive.
- Knowledge of Arabic typography and right-to-left (RTL) layouts.
- Experience designing AI, fintech, e-commerce, or on-demand service applications.
- Familiarity with user testing and usability evaluation.
