Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage our manufacturing operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge in production planning, manpower handling, quality control, and metal product manufacturing processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
*Plan and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets.
*Supervise production staff and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.
*Monitor production quality and improve manufacturing efficiency.
*Ensure proper usage of machines, materials, and manpower.
*Maintain safety standards and a clean working environment.
*Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and purchase departments for smooth operations.
*Reduce production wastage and control manufacturing costs.
*Monitor raw material and finished goods stock levels.
*Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
*Prepare production reports and maintain proper production records.
