Position: Turner Operator

Job Summary:
A Turner Operator is responsible for operating lathe machines to perform turning operations on metal components as per engineering drawings and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate conventional or CNC lathe machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and job instructions.
- Set up tools, workpieces, and fixtures properly.
- Measure finished parts using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure proper lubrication.
- Follow safety standards and maintain quality in all operations.
- Report any machine- or tool-related issues to the supervisor.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of lathe machine operation.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Basic understanding of measurement instruments.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Turner / Mechanical or a related field.
Salary Range:
- (based on experience and skill level).

Pay: ₹19,349.00 - ₹37,423.00 per month
