ThinkSmiths is a software solutions company that works with brands on strategy, content, performance marketing, and branding. We build and deliver SaaS products and manage end-to-end solutions for our clients while continuously expanding our business development team.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach
● Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
● Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and present suitable SaaS solutions
● Prepare proposals and pitch decks for prospective clients
● Maintain and update pipeline records in the CRM regularly
● Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
● Coordinate with internal teams post-closure for smooth client onboarding
● Track competitor activity and market trends in the SaaS and software solutions space
Skills Required
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Experience with CRM tools
● Understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and key SaaS metrics
● Ability to engage with founders and senior stakeholders
● Good negotiation and objection handling ability
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
● 2 to 4 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
● Minimum 1 year of experience in a SaaS company in a sales or pre-sales capacity is mandatory
● Consistent track record of meeting sales quotas

Pay: ₹12,624.92 - ₹41,860.53 per month
