We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Steward to join our team. The Steward will assist in restaurant service, room service, food delivery, and guest service. The role requires good communication, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in the restaurant.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests politely and accurately.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms as per room service orders.
- Pick up food orders from the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
- Attend to guest requests and provide prompt assistance.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
- Ensure all service equipment and supplies are properly arranged.
- Follow hotel and food safety standards at all times.
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Neat appearance and professional behavior.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
